DownloadX ActiveX Download Control End-User License Agreement:
You may use this software only as described in this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, you cannot install or use the software.

1. SOFTWARE
The capitalized term "Software" used below, refers to the DownloadX ActiveX Download Control computer software, any updates, modifications and upgrades to the Software that you may receive from time to time.

2. LICENSE GRANT
a) Free Edition:
You may use the Software without charge in non-commercial and non-enterprise applications. You may use the Software without charge in commercial and enterprise applications on an evaluation basis only. You may give exact copies of the Software to anyone. You may not charge any fee for the copy or use of the Software itself. You must not represent in any way that you are selling the Software itself. You must distribute a copy of this license with any copy of the Software and anyone to whom you distribute the Software is subject to this license. You are granted the right to distribute your application(s) with the Software incurring no royalty-fee.

b) Professional Edition:
You must pay the license fee. You may use the Software with domains for which you have purchased a separate license. The Software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it''s entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. You are granted the right to distribute your application(s) with the Software incurring no royalty-fee.

2.1. NON-COMPETITION CLAUSE
The Licensee Software can not compete with the Software. Under no circumstances may the Software be used in whole or in part, as the basis for creating a product that provides the same, or substantially the same, functionality as the Software.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the Software, or any subset of the Software, except as provided for in this agreement. You may not use the Software to perform any illegal purpose.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by DownloadXCtrl.com.

4. TERMINATION
Unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

5. NO WARRANTIES
The Software IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. DOWNLOADXCTRL.COM AND/OR THE AUTHOR(S) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

7. MISCELLANEOUS
Installing and using the Software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the Software files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
